• We provide you with a summary of your clients’ accounts and your practice information at the end of each month,
   
• We are HIPAA compliant and treat all client and practice information with the strictest confidentiality,
   
• At the end of each month we bill you based on the amount of reimbursements you have received from the insurance/managed care companies as a result of the claims we have submitted for you.
