How PRACTICE BILLING SERVICE Works:
- You send us your billing information by fax or email,
- We do the data entry based on the information you have provided us and electronically submit claims to insurance/managed care companies and patients as necessary,
- We follow up with insurance/managed care companies if there is a problem,
- The insurance /managed care companies pay you directly,
- When you get paid, you send us copies of the checks and EOB’s (Explanation of Benefit document) so we can have an audit trail of all transactions and can reconcile your clients’ accounts,
- We provide you with a summary of your clients’ accounts and your practice information at the end of each month,
- We are HIPAA compliant and treat all client and practice information with the strictest confidentiality,
- At the end of each month we bill you based on the amount of reimbursements you have received from the insurance/managed care companies as a result of the claims we have submitted for you.
